Already have payroll? Enter your total team size and the capacity already covered by your DataFlow blocks. The calculator charges only for the extra blocks needed. For example, 6 employees with 4 places already covered need one extra block. This purchase adds to your existing payroll subscription.
Your payroll workspace.
Send your employee information and monthly payroll changes through your service workspace. DataFlow prepares the payroll documents and provides progress updates and deliverables there. Your onboarding checklist identifies the records and authorisations needed for your company.
Prepare your records.
Company and payroll registration details, employee records, contractual pay and hours, starters and leavers, absences and variable pay. If transferring existing payroll, provide the previous payroll records requested during onboarding.
Upload employee documents only in your private service workspace after ordering.
